Using SINNA
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use SINNA.
Effective August 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SINNA, including the public website at trysinna.ai, SINNA accounts, AI-assisted features, team workspaces, and related services. By accessing or using SINNA, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use SINNA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. The SINNA service
SINNA provides tools for AI-assisted conversation, research, file-based context, project organization, and collaboration. Features may change, improve, become unavailable, or be introduced in stages. We may perform maintenance or limit parts of the service to protect reliability and security.
We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Any service-specific terms presented when you enable a feature also apply to that feature.
4. Your content
You retain the rights you have in prompts, files, conversations, and other content you submit to SINNA. You grant SINNA a limited, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and provide the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including content that contains personal, confidential, or third-party information. Workspace owners and administrators may control access to content within their workspace.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use SINNA to violate law, infringe rights, deceive or harm others, or distribute malicious code.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities without permission, interfere with the service, or access accounts or data without authorization.
- Do not abuse automated access, consume unreasonable resources, resell access without permission, or use output to create unlawful or harmful material.
- Do not submit content whose use by SINNA would violate another person's rights or your confidentiality obligations.
6. AI-generated output
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is appropriate for your purpose.
Do not rely on SINNA as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. Obtain qualified professional advice and independently verify important information.
7. Third-party services
SINNA may connect to or depend on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, payment, model, search, and content providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Paid services
If you purchase a paid plan or feature, you agree to the price, billing interval, usage limits, taxes, and cancellation terms shown at purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. We may change prices prospectively with reasonable notice.
9. SINNA intellectual property
SINNA and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, excluding your content. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with the plan and features available to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SINNA at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or material harm to SINNA, users, or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SINNA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SINNA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will post the updated terms and revise the effective date, and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
