Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information SINNA handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective August 27, 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how SINNA (available at trysinna.ai) handles personal information when you visit our public website, create an account, or use the SINNA platform and related services.
By using SINNA, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you use SINNA through an organization or team workspace, that organization may also control certain information and access permissions within its workspace.
2. Information we collect
- Account and identity information. Your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, language preferences, and workspace membership.
- Content you provide. Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, projects, notes, workspace content, feedback, and other material you choose to submit.
- Technical and usage information. IP address, browser and device information, cookies, session data, diagnostic logs, feature usage, and approximate location derived from technical data.
- Transaction information. If you purchase a paid service, payment providers process your payment details and may provide us with billing status and transaction records.
3. Google sign-in data
When you choose Google sign-in, SINNA receives basic OpenID profile information needed to authenticate or link your account: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We use this information for sign-in, account security, and displaying your identity inside SINNA.
Our current Google sign-in connection does not request access to the contents of Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own privacy terms.
4. How we use information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve SINNA and its workspace features.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, detect misuse, and maintain service security.
- Process the prompts, files, and other content needed to generate requested AI-assisted responses.
- Provide support, service notices, account messages, and product communications where permitted.
- Analyze reliability and usage, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. AI and service providers
To operate SINNA, information may be processed by carefully selected providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, payment processing, and AI model services. Prompts, files, and relevant conversation context may be sent to AI service providers when necessary to produce the response or feature you request.
These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your intended use and appropriate for the workspace you are using.
6. When information may be shared
- With service providers acting on our behalf to operate and secure SINNA.
- With workspace members or administrators according to the sharing and access choices within the product.
- When required to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
- As part of a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep accounts secure, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information, workspace settings, and legal requirements.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Deleting an account may not immediately remove information from backups or records we must retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
8. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
SINNA and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms for international transfers of personal information.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information. You may also manage browser cookies and communication preferences, although some choices can limit service functionality.
10. Children
SINNA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply where local law requires it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as SINNA evolves. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact security@trysinna.ai.
